Hello Happiness” is RPG’s official motto to take the agenda of propelling every RPGian to overcome their own limitation, to drive each one of them to contribute and shape the lives of others positively and to bring joy around them.
I would like to begin this blog, with a line from the Hello Happiness web page which states that;
“Happiness is also this place called RPG. It is a place where we meet some extraordinary colleagues, learn from the most inspiring of leaders, and do meaningful work that truly leaves an impact, on our businesses and the lives around us.”
I joined CEAT around mid-March, 2019 and have enjoyed each day of my workday in CEAT and as a team member of a close-knit and caring LEGAL team. Even during the toughest patch of the COVID lockdown, with all its restrictions and challenges, CEAT came up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas to keep the employees motivated. RPG Group was one of the first to announce a work-from-home policy, a no-teams Friday, directions to stop work by 6 p.m. on a workday, ensuring that no meetings are scheduled between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., tie-ups with service providers to ensure the mental health of employees are taken care of and many, many more such initiatives to up our happiness quotient even during the most challenging situation.
CEAT as a work environment provides a combination of fulfilling tasks, positive relationships and a supportive work environment. I am provided with an opportunity to align my job with values and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The leave policy and the team dynamics allow me to take breaks so that I can create content to put up and pursue my hobby of managing a YouTube channel (travel vlogs), setting realistic goals and celebrating achievements which greatly contributes to my happiness and well-being.
I am truly happy and proud to be CEATIZEN and cherish the faith and trust reposed in me.
