Joining an organization that values its people as its most valuable asset has been an extraordinary and fulfilling experience for me. Very proud to be a part of the HML and RPG group where I am happy and consistently nurtured by various people-centric initiatives that empower me to excel in my role.


At HML, all our people-centric initiatives are driven by insights derived from the Happiness Survey and the feedback received from the annual Great Place to Work survey.


One of the major focus areas at the organization has been HML's firm and unwavering belief in people development and building an engaged workforce. The company has initiated several engagement initiatives which cover employees and family members and a systematic reward system that helps foster happiness among our employees.

Work-Life Balance: One of the most significant aspects of my current role is the flexibility it offers, enabling me to effectively manage my schedule, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of my time, fostering greater efficiency and productivity. As part of the New Ventures Department, I am empowered to take charge of my work and drive innovation. Moreover, the organization's emphasis on employee well-being has resulted in an exceptional work-life balance for me, allowing me to thrive both personally and professionally within HML.

Team Members: My current role within the New Ventures Department provides an invaluable platform for me to share my ideas and thoughts in a constructive and impactful manner. The open dialogue and encouragement from top management furthers a culture of innovation and collaboration, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the organization's success. This environment of mutual respect and support not only enhances my professional growth but also promotes a sense of belonging and well-being, enabling me to thrive both personally and professionally within HML.

Employee Centric Organization: RPG group focuses on the well-being of its employees, their career growth and is extremely caring towards their families as well. As an HML employee, I am privileged to reap the benefits of the group’s comprehensive policies, which are seamlessly applied across all group companies. These policies play a pivotal role in fostering employee happiness, enhancing productivity, and promoting career growth.

Culture: The Sharing and Caring culture we cultivate at HML stands as a cornerstone of employee happiness and satisfaction. The organization's thoughtful gestures, such as the Fun Friday initiatives foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among employees by providing a platform for engaging in fun activities.
