This blog aims to paint a vivid picture with words, capturing my experience at Raychem RPG. I would like to begin with two of my favourite quotes from world stalwarts.
The first by Mahatma Gandhi: "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony." This sentiment perfectly encapsulates how I feel at RPG.
The second by Helen Keller: "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart."
At Raychem RPG, work isn't just work; it's home, where happiness is tangible. Transitioning from MNC to RPG, doubts faded like morning mist. Policies here aren't restrictive; they support. Employee well-being isn't just policy; it's practice, woven into our daily life.
Our flexible working policy isn't just words; it's a lived experience, a testament to our care. Diversity and inclusion aren't mere phrases; they're idioms at RPG. They sing praises of an organization that truly values its greatest asset—you. In simpler words, these perks echo a powerful message: “We see you; we value you”.
At RPG, I deeply connect with the famous sher:
"खुशियों का कोई घर नहीं होता,
खुशियाँ वहाँ होती हैं जहाँ दिल लगता है"
(Happiness has no fixed abode; it resides where the heart is content).
Despite the fast-paced life and the long commute from Vadodara to Halol (which consumes over two hours daily), RPG's supportive environment makes it worthwhile. Weekends are reserved for my daughter – not just for her studies, but for me to be fully present as her father and support my wife.
As the saying goes, "Happiness is a journey, not a destination." Here at Raychem RPG, that journey feels a little more like coming home.
Raychem RPG is more than a company; it's a support system that empowers me to work freely and passionately. It's where happiness isn't just a fleeting moment, but a constant companion on my journey.
