Facing the day with a smile
Happiness is a state of mind, when you say it with a sane mind! But I am sure this statement is said so often after a lot of thought. We, as professionals, spend over 8 hours of our time at our workplace, where we strive hard each day, meet our peers, excel through opportunities and fight through failures. With work being such a big part of our life, I believe in one mantra - I must do work that makes me want to walk into my office with a big smile on my face.
Pride in making work meaningful
At RPG Foundation, I have walked in each day liking what I do, appreciating the impact of the projects I work on, and being a proud professional who has moved to a non-profit sector. My work allows me to impact the lives of many, resonate with my cultural heritage, use my city as my work palette, and improve the blue and green hues of my environment. My happiness thrives engaging in these. Being valued, having the freedom to express relevant opinions, and working across all range of programs keeps me on my feet each day!
Freedom to express
We at the Foundation come together as experts from various fields and the sharing of our expertise becomes our strength. Surely, that the key to our happiness! To know that I make a difference at RPG gives me contentment. It’s surreal that I write this message as I complete a year at the organisation.
