As I look back on my year at RPG Group, I am filled with a sense of joy and accomplishment. Joining the RPG family has been an enriching experience, both professionally and personally. Working in the Group campus recruitment team, I've had the unique and humbling opportunity to shape the future of our company by bringing in fresh talent and witnessing their growth from the very start.

One of the highlights of my journey has been the campus recruitment drives. Traveling to various universities, interacting with enthusiastic students, and sharing the RPG story has been immensely fulfilling. It's heartening to see the sparkle in the eyes of young graduates as they step into the corporate world, ready to take on challenges and create their own success stories. Having spent a year at RPG now, here are three things about the company that have stood out for me:
