Leaning into a supportive environment

I embarked on my professional journey with Zensar in 1995, brimming with youthful exuberance but devoid of any real-world experience. It was my first job. Little did I know then that this company would become an integral part of my life and my identity.

As a young man stepping into the corporate world, I was a blank slate. The environment at Zensar played a pivotal role in shaping me, both professionally and personally. The company’s culture was, and still is, one of the most nurturing and supportive environments I have ever encountered. Being part of the Finance department, I had the privilege to be trained across various sub-verticals, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the field. More importantly, I was given the freedom to run my department in my own style, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Support during downtimes

Life is a roller-coaster ride with its share of ups and downs. During the challenging phases of my life, Zensar stood by me like a rock. The company’s culture is not just about extracting work from employees; it’s about creating a supportive ecosystem where one can thrive both professionally and personally. Even during my toughest times, I found my colleagues and the management to be incredibly accommodating and supportive.

In an era when frequently switching jobs has become the norm, I also ventured out to explore other opportunities. However, none could match the sense of belongingness and satisfaction I found at Zensar. Returning to Zensar felt like coming home. The warm welcome I received upon my return reaffirmed my belief that Zensar is more than just a workplace; it’s a family.

Zensar’s policies are exemplary in the way they look after the welfare of not just the employees but also their families. This holistic approach to employee welfare has been a significant factor in my loyalty to the company.

I take immense pride in saying that Zensar was the first company I joined and will be the company I retire from. My journey with Zensar reflects the company’s enduring culture of support, growth, and belonging. Here’s to many more years of happiness and success with Zensar!
