When I think about happiness at RPG, it’s not the big milestones or achievements that come to my mind first, it’s the little things that make each day brighter. For me, happiness at work is found in the small, meaningful interactions that often go unnoticed but have a lasting impact.
One of the most significant sources of happiness in my day-to-day life at RPG is the genuine support I receive from both my colleagues and managers. There’s something special about receiving a quick word of encouragement from a manager after completing a challenging task. It’s a simple gesture, but it makes me feel recognised and appreciated. Similarly, when a colleague offers to help with a project or simply checks in to see how I am doing, it reinforces the sense of community and mutual respect we share. These moments remind me that I am part of a team that values not just the work I do, but the person I am.
Another aspect of life at RPG that brings me joy is the time we spend together outside of the usual work environment. Team outings and informal catch-ups are more than just opportunities to relax — they are moments to connect on a deeper level. Whether we are sharing a meal, engaging in friendly banter or simply enjoying each other’s company, these experiences strengthen our bonds and make the workplace feel more like a family. These moments have shown me that happiness at work isn’t just about professional success; it’s the relationships we build along the way.
What I truly appreciate is how these small, everyday moments are woven into the fabric of RPG’s culture. The RPG Happiness Framework captures this beautifully, ensuring that each of us has the space to thrive both personally and professionally.
As I reflect on my time here, I have come to realise that happiness at RPG is a collective experience, built on the little things that bring us together. It’s these moments that make all the difference, turning a mundane day at work into a great one.
