Embarking on a journey with RPG Foundation and Zensar over the past four years has been nothing short of an exhilarating and enriching experience for me. Every day, I find myself immersed in the vibrant world of engineering colleges, passionately working to equip students with the skills they need to unlock brighter career opportunities in the IT industry. As the lead of the Employability Skills Development (ESD) Program, I have had the honor of collaborating with esteemed government bodies such as NAAC, NBA, AICTE, and various state organisations and universities across the nation. I am deeply grateful for these opportunities, which allow me to contribute to the grand vision of the UN Sustainable Development Goals — particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). This gratitude fuels my passion and commitment to making a positive impact.

My happiness lies in working with students from tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India, where the future talent of this country resides. Engaging directly with young people offers me a unique opportunity to shape lives, which fills me with a deep sense of happiness and responsibility. By staying mindful and present in every interaction, I am able to fully appreciate the unique potential of each student and the transformative power of education.

Another source of workplace happiness, as well as increased empathy and gratitude, comes through volunteering. I encourage anyone reading this blog to reach out to us and get involved in our unique volunteering initiatives whether at Zensar or other group companies. As an established CSR member, I have had various opportunities to represent over 30 global clients and share the impactful societal work we do. This is a unique opportunity, and striving for excellence means I continuously need to reskill and upskill — another key to my happiness. Pursuing a purpose that aligns with my values and contributes to the greater good has been incredibly fulfilling.

On a personal level, happiness means embracing the concept of a Beginner’s Mind. No moment is ever the same as another. Everything is in a constant state of change, and each moment is new. By seeing things as if for the first time, we open ourselves to boundless potential within ourselves, others, and every situation. This mindset is a stark contrast to our usual ways of seeing, which are often clouded by old habits and perceptions. Embracing change, accepting challenges, and maintaining resilience have been key to my personal and professional growth.
