Working at HML has been a transformative experience that has not only shaped my career but also fostered a culture of collaboration and transparency. From my early days, I found a supportive environment that encouraged personal and professional growth.
I recall when I had joined HML, I had a mixed feeling of excitement and apprehension. The onboarding process was seamless, with a structured orientation that introduced me to the company’s values.
At RPG, growth is not just a buzzword; it’s a fundamental part of the company’s ethos. The organisation is committed to nurturing talent, offering various opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Employees are encouraged to set ambitious goals, with managers actively supporting their aspirations. This forward-thinking mindset ensures that everyone feels she/he has a stake in their professional journey, driving both individual and organisation’s success. Exposure to functional training has helped me grow, both personally and professionally.
One of the standout features of HML’s culture is its commitment to transparent communication. The leaders ensure that information flows freely across all levels, fostering an atmosphere of trust. Regular team meetings and open forums allow employees to voice their opinions and ask questions. This transparency empowers us to contribute meaningfully to discussions and decisions, creating a sense of ownership. Also, senior leaders are very approachable, encouraging us to share ideas and seek guidance without hesitation. I have the freedom to express my thoughts, which are valued in a respectful manner. This has enabled me to explore new initiatives and address concerns more effectively with proper guidance.
In conclusion, working in an environment where employee happiness is prioritised, has enabled me to have a productive career.
