Joining Raychem RPG, a new player in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, has been a truly fulfilling experience. Coming from an automotive background, where I always sought purpose in my work, this opportunity has been a perfect fit. The chance to contribute to sustainable mobility and a global shift towards cleaner energy feel incredibly rewarding to me. It’s not just about manufacturing electric vehicles components, but being part of a solution that’s making a real impact on the environment.

One of the things I love most about working here is the level of innovation and agility of the industry. As part of a startup within a larger organisation, every day feels like a new challenge. It’s an opportunity to solve complex problems. Whether designing cutting-edge technology or coming up with solutions to overcome industry barriers, the work here keeps me engaged and excited. I am constantly learning, whether it's through collaboration with different departments or through the evolving landscape of the EV market.

The culture at Raychem RPG has been an important factor in my happiness. There’s a real sense of teamwork and collaboration, and I find myself surrounded by smart, passionate people who push me to do my best. The freedom to share ideas and work closely with cross-functional teams has made my work feel meaningful and creative. It’s a place where I don’t just work on projects, I contribute to them, often with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. The sense of ownership makes me feel like I am truly making an impact.

Of course, the EV industry has its challenges—navigating regulatory requirements, working through technological hurdles, and dealing with fierce competition. However, every obstacle feels like a chance to grow.

Work-life balance is something that’s highly valued here. While the work can be intense at times, especially when we are pushing deadlines for new product releases or responding to challenges in the industry, Raychem RPG understands the importance of taking care of its people. The flexibility in work hours and the occasional remote work options allows me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life.

There’s also a real sense of appreciation here, whether it's through formal recognition programs or simply receiving feedback from colleagues and management. I feel motivated knowing that my contributions are valued, and this encouragement pushes me to continue striving for excellence.

In conclusion, the combination of a purpose-driven mission, opportunities for growth, a supportive culture and the flexibility to maintain a good work-life balance has truly made me happy at work. I am proud to be part of a team that’s making a difference in the world, and I look forward to what’s ahead in this fast-evolving industry.
